Commuting by bicycle during Vancouver's summer can be quite pleasant. Three times a week from June to October, I took this route from my home in the suburb of Burnaby, through Vancouver to Sierra Wireless, Inc. in the suburb of Richmond, where I was working on contract. The trip took about 40 to 45 minutes each way, a distance of some 13 km.

Photos were taken with a Konica disposable outdoor camera using C41 35 mm film, and processed and scanned by London Drugs. I wrangled the images with Apple's new iPhoto software and BBEdit. << Back to penmachine.com home | < Other photo essays |
