Did they try turning the CT scanner off and then turning it back on again?

Good luck with both your CT scan, when they get the machine fixed, and your last two chemotherapy treatments!
 

When I was having radiation, I would often wonder what they would do when the machine broke down and what the repair person would look like--white lab coat or plumber's crack? I tended to lean towards the latter.

Best of luck with your continued treatments...don't know if you know it, but you are an inspiration to the rest of us at the back of the treatment cycle pack. You guys are the seniors we wee cancer freshmen look up to. ;)
 

When I was pregnant, I remember having an ultrasound once on the day the guy was trying a new machine. At the beginning, I was awfully worried because he kept frowning, I thought there was something wrong with the baby, but it was with the machine.
And then, he wanted to try everything, so I got a 3-D ultrasound (very new in 1995), and a doppler, and all kind of unnecessary things in order to test the machine.

Well, more seriously, we keep our fingers crossed for the results, and hope the mets are stil shrinking, or disappearing !
