People have occasionally asked me to add comments, trackback (which actually is useful), more images, and other such paraphernalia to this weblog. I've resisted. Everyone is free to send an e-mail or link to this site if they want.
Jason Kottke explains why I feel that way—it's hard enough to write anything interesting without all the commentary and meta-ephemera getting in the way. It's the same reason that, when I changed the colourcombinationscheme on the site, I went to an even more basic one. Minimalism can be fun.
