Uh, what?
What do the Beatles' "Obla-di, Obla-da," the Drifters' "On Broadway," the Surfaris' "Wipe Out," and Van Halen's "Jump" have to do with recent terrorist attacks?
Beats me. But some people at radio oligopoly Clear Channel seems to think they're inappropriate anyway, encouraging their radio stations not to play those songs, along with dozens of others.
Also listed were "all Rage Against The Machine songs."
Perhaps those who said that the attacks wouldn't change the American way of life or challenge American freedoms were just kidding.
