Two books you should read
If you are at all involved in technology, you must read these two books:
The Inmates Are Running The Asylum by Alan Cooper of Cooper Interaction Design
Philip and Alex's Guide to Web Publishing by Philip Greenspun of MIT (also available in its entirety and more online -- except for the very nice photos from the print edition)
Read them. Love them. Thank me later.
